How long do I have to return and item?

We gladly accept returns of items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we required a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do you cover the return shipping cost? 

No, the payee will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow Approximately 5-10 business days for all returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you and email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be funded. In exchanges we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pragmael.com

When will my item be shipped?

Most items are shipped out within 2-3 business days. However if there is a delay we will contact you by email.

Do you ship to P.O Box?  

No, We only ship to physical addresses.

Will i get a tracking number?

Yes, we will email the tracking number as soon as it's available.
